The Dunk Low SB ' Pushead ' features a design produced by the namesake artist of the shoe, best known for his album covers from Metallica and Thrasher tees. Pushead's take on the Dunk displays a paint splatter impact in red, pink and green shades, with an emphasis on contrast stitching, black leather overlays and a lateral skeletal design. A red rubber outsole contrasts a black midsole. For the box, Pushead also did artwork, featuring an all-over print design.
