No returns or refunds are accepted for consignment items.

**Clothing and Retail Items:**
Returns for clothing and retail items are accepted for exchange only within a 30-day return window. Items may be subject to a restocking fee.

**Verification and Authenticity:**
All items are thoroughly verified and inspected to be 100% authentic. They come with validation tags. Any claims will be automatically rejected once the verification tag is removed.
