Shoes: All sales on shoes are final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Consignment Items: No returns or refunds are accepted for consignment items.

Clothing and Retail Items: Returns for clothing and retail items are accepted for exchange only within a 30-day return window. Items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Verification and Authenticity: All items are thoroughly verified and inspected to be 100% authentic. They come with validation tags. Any claims will be automatically rejected once the verification tag is removed.
