Standard Sale or Auction
Most pieces sell at market price to the first accepting buyer. Select higher-value items may be placed into one of our auction events instead — we'll always discuss it with you first.
How It Works
Submit Your Items
Tell us what you have — sneakers, apparel, trading cards, watches, art, or other collectibles — with photos, condition notes, and any original packaging or proof of purchase. You sign a simple agreement and choose your disposition election up front.
We Authenticate It
Our team authenticates every item to the TFC‑Authenticated standard — the same one we hold our own inventory to — before it ever goes live. For graded items, we rely on the presented third-party grade (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.).
We List and Sell
Approved items are priced and listed at market price and sold to the first buyer who accepts — no listings, buyers, or shipping to manage yourself. Higher-value pieces may go to auction instead.
You Get Paid
Once a sale is final, your payout is issued within 45 days as standard, or within 14 business days if you need it expedited (subject to approval).
What It Costs
Consigning with The Falcon Company is commission-based — there's no upfront fee to list, and authentication, photography, and marketing are always included. Our seller's commission is tiered so bigger pieces earn a better rate:
Buyers pay a separate 20% buyer's premium at checkout on consigned and auctioned items — this is The Falcon Company's service fee for authentication, quality control, and the overall experience, and it's never deducted from your payout. (Our own Falcon Originals, The Questions, and Son of May retail items are priced all-in and aren't part of the consignment program.)
If It Doesn't Sell, You're Still In Control
You choose, at intake, exactly what happens to an item that hasn't sold: have it shipped back to you, leave it relisted at our discretion, or donate it to New Era Relief, our affiliated nonprofit partner. Whichever you choose, it's your call and yours alone — full details are in the consignment agreement you sign before anything goes live.
